Case Study: TSpark Enterprises

 

Challenge

TSpark Enterprises is a commercial construction and roofing company that needed a brand strategy and identity that reflected the services and professionalism the company offers. The services that TSpark provides is many, but the logo needed to be clean, simple, and elevated, unlike many of their competitors. Our research showed that we were going to have to speak to two different audiences: home owners for residential construction and other businesses for commercial work. We needed to create a logo that could immediately relate to both of these targets while being reflective of TSpark’s main focus of quality and professional services.

With the appropriate market research, we worked alongside TSpark Enterprises to establish a brand strategy aligned with the ambitions of the company’s goals. From identity to messaging, and all the way into the digital platform, we brought TSpark’s personality alive by providing a digital experience that presents the company’s point of view: “picture perfect results.”

With the help of data from a focus group, we designed a clean, distinct logo and business card to secure TSpark’s brand strength and recognition. To launch this new brand and to create brand awareness, we developed digital ads and used geofencing and targeted ad placements. In the first 30 days, these ads created a 15% Click Through Rate (CTR). Additionally, we used selective billboard placements to compliment the digital ads in areas with a high-volume of traffic.

We established TSpark’s brand voice by producing two slogans for each of the target demographics: Commercial, “Picture Perfect Results” and Roofing, “We Conquer All Peaks.” To ensure TSpark enterprises makes the best impression on sales visits we created a simple, yet luxurious brochure that separates him from the competition.
